Northern District amalgamation with the NSW Energy District
It is proposed that on 15 July 2013, or when approved by the FWC, that the Northern District will amalgamate with the NSW Energy District.
The amalgamation with our Energy comrades is an historic step for the Northern District Coal Miners, which will see the District become a true embodiment of the Mining & Energy Division. It will not be without challenges and will require all to work together for the common goal of building a strong and effective District, capable of tackling what comes our way.
